Currently I am in a class that is requiring me to create and maintain a blog. So for this quarter I will be working on a blog about Ultimate Frisbee. Check it out!

I have been playing Ultimate for going on six years, including two years with the Ohio University Women's Club team and four years in YCC. Every day and night I am looking for ways to improve my game and the game of my team. I found that the best way to improve is to learn and talk to others. So read and discuss!
